A reported bomb threat to the Toledo Zoo on Sunday was determined not to be credible, officials said in a statement. The Ohio State University police dispatch confirmed to WTOL 11 that they had received a call regarding a bomb being found at the Toledo Zoo around 9:50 a.m. Sunday. No further information was provided during that call. This is the second instance of a bomb threat at the Toledo Zoo within the past month. On May 1, the Toledo Zoo was evacuated after a caller reported a bomb and possible shots fired. During that incident, authorities did not find evidence of a bomb or a shooting.
