The last and final day of the Smithsonian Office of Protection Services (OPS)’s NCCPP was adventurous!
We spent time in the jaw dropping Library of Congress, where we got to go inside the reading room, marvel at Jefferson’s library, learn about the two George’s, and experiencr the nation’s treasures. Next we checked out the Folger Shakespeare Library with the largest display of first folios!
We ended the day with our CSA X Axis Communications networking event at their DC Experience Center! The weather may have kept us off the roof for the most part, but it didn’t dampen the spirits inside. We truly appreciate Axis for hosting us, and we look forward to getting together again!
That’s a wrap on Washington DC! We hope everyone either got home safely or has safe final travels back. We are so thankful for the time spent with all of you, and we are counting down the days till we can do it again! And hey, if you don’t want to wait that long to see our smiling faces, you can always join CSA for FREE and see us plus all of your colleagues on our monthly roundtables. 😉
