While we will certainly miss seeing everyone this year in DC, we absolutely understand that this is a defining year for institutions across the country as we acknowledge the scale and significance of America’s 250th anniversary. The level of coordination, planning, and operational readiness required is extraordinary, and we are all contributors. At the Cultural Safeguard Alliance, we are proud to stand alongside all of you, including our colleagues at the Smithsonian Office of Protection Services (OPS). We remain committed to keeping cultural property professionals across operations, safety, and security connected, engaged, and supporting one another. As such, we appreciate the recognition of CSA as a resource for the community. We look forward to staying engaged through additional opportunities this year like Smithsonian's Cultural Heritage Emergencies Summit and the ASIS Global Security Exchange, and we are excited to see NCCPP return in 2027 stronger than ever.
