We’re excited to share that this week we’re in Chicago, and today marked a very special day for the Cultural Safeguard Alliance! Today, the Cultural Safeguard Alliance officially adopted a red-footed tortoise at the Lincoln Park Zoo as part of our commitment to supporting animal welfare and conservation programs. A special thank you to CSA Member Chris Jorgensen, Director of Guest Services, and his amazing team for their hospitality and insights. We’re proud to contribute to conservation efforts while expanding our knowledge of operational excellence in public-facing institutions.
